"The neighborhood is very expensive to live it. Cost of living is high and very little provision for low income families. There’s also frequent crime in the area with poor traffic system and poor traffic markings or directions."

"The area epitomizes beauty, friendliness, access to the trails, the river, and mountains. The University provides a great backdrop and is essentially a gigantic park, but it also means some extra pedestrian and vehicle traffic on school days. Unparalleled access to Mount Sentinel and the Clark Fork. Exceptional, mature trees and wide boulevards. There are some rentals in the area (expected near the U) but most homes are sufficiently valuable that rental costs are high enough to keep the renters respectful of the property and therefore neighborhood. An amazing area."
