1st PRIMARY BEDROOM- The first primary bedroom is located on the second floor. There is a beautifully remodeled attached bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sinks. There is a King sized bed and a large closet complete with bathrobes, beach bags, hangers and everything for to make your stay comfortable and easy! Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony off the bedroom.

2ND PRIMARY BEDROOM- Across the hall, on the second floor is the second primary bedroom with a queen sized bed with a connected bathroom that has a shower tub, toilet and single sink. There is a balcony off of this bedroom and a 40" Roku Smart TV. The large closet also comes with bathrobes and hangers for your stay.

BATHROOMS- The home has 2 full bathrooms, both upstairs, each connected to one of the bedrooms. There is a half bathroom on the main floor of the home.

MAIN LIVING ROOM- The living room is impeccably decorated, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. There is a couch and two chairs and a gas fireplace and 50" Roku Smart TV. The living room is located on the first floor, with glass doors that open up to a patio with a firepit to enjoy the beautiful Santa Barbara nights.

FRONT ROOM- Upon entering the house you will find an open room with a couch that pulls out into a queen sized bed, as well as a desk so you can easily work from home.

DINING ROOM- The dining table is located next to the kitchen and living room and seats 6 people.

THE KITCHEN- The remodeled kitchen is complete with all new GE and Bosch appliances and stocked with everything for all your cooking needs from plates and spices to pots and cook books! There is also a Keurig to start your mornings off right with a fresh cup of coffee.

HEATING & COOLING- The home has air conditioning- A rare find in Santa Barbara! As well as heat.

GARAGE & PARKING- You will be provided one uncovered parking spot in the community as well as a parking spot in front of the garage. You are unable to park in the garage but you can feel free to store items like strollers, bikes, boxes etc.

LAUNDRY- Laundry is located in the closet at the top of the stairs. We provide laundry detergent for your stay, if more is needed or a specific brand or smell, guests will be asked to purchase their own.

PATIO & BALCONIES- There are two balconies off of each bedroom as well as a patio off the living room with a fire pit.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located downstairs in the room with the desk and pullout couch. The TVS are able to stream shows and movies from Netflix and other steaming services. There are also board games in the hall closet.

No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

The home is located just 8-10 minutes from the beach.

1 small dog will be considered with an additional nonrefundable pet fee. Please reach out with pet size/breed.

3. NO PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval from Host.
4. MAXIMUM 6 GUESTS
-This includes 2+ years-old kids
6. QUIET HOURS are 9 pm 8 am Please be respectful of neighbors.
7. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
8. Guests must follow HOA Rules which are provided at check in.
9. We will be asking that all reservations sign a CAR Residential Month to Month Rental Agreement upon booking the home
10. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions found on our website. If you reserve a property through us, you agree to the terms and conditions on our site.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules, guests:
-will be required to pay the fines
- may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay
