"Many private parks, several theaters, extremely pedestrian, shopping, restaurants and grocers within blocks. People walk everywhere. Lakeshore is a stones throw. Water sports. Police, fire etc come immediately. Schools are outstanding."

"Taking Jefferson for 12-15 minutes to be in downtown Detroit is just perfect. You are living in a really nice area near the water and so close to the major city. It is an inexpensive Uber ride if you need it or even ride your bike using the bike lanes. "
