We would consider a 3 or 4 month summer rental at a negotiated price. The Cedar House is on a very quiet street directly on a small cove of Lake Hartwell. The lake is about 40 yards from the deck of the house, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the shade & serenity of the woods while viewing the cove. There are hiking trails within walking distance, biking trails about 5 miles away, a horse farm and of course the lake to cool you down on a hot summer afternoon!
There is a beautiful dock for tying up your boat or sunbathing or swimming in the cove that goes with the house. The house has a very large wrap around deck and a screened in outdoor living space. The Cedar House is a 10 minute walk to a large "beach" like area great for walking your dog or dipping into the clean waters of Lake Hartwell.
Included in the rental is:
- A washer and dryer
- Fully furnished kitchen, 2 living room areas, 2 bedrooms & dining area
- We have also installed a whole house water filter
- Central Air
- Outdoor deck with Weber charcoal grill
- Outdoor Fire Pit
Outdoor Security camera on property.
We also have 2 other cabins for rent on the street - one which sleeps 4 and another that sleeps 8. Please contact me for details.
Owner pays for water & landscaping. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. NO SMOKING allowed. Tenant responsible for background and credit check fee.

"I’ve lived in this community for 10 years. Neighbors are friendly and not only look out for each other, we stop and say hello and invite each other to special events. Crime rate is very very low. It’s a safe neighborhood. "
