Description

Dragonfly House is a fully furnished/updated home located in the heart of Old Town Auburn. You are steps from dining, shopping and local events, 1/2 mile walk to Downtown Auburn, a mile or so from the the many hiking, biking and equestrian trails in the canyon while offering easy access to both the I-80 and Hwy 50 corridors.
Dragonfly House is the perfect setting for professionals, retirees looking for a home base or someone in transition. Best suited for one or two adults, please no pets or children, only because the house is not set up for that. Everyone who stays here, loves it and neighbors comment this is one of their favorite homes. Clean, quiet and all yours (we live 1 mile up the hill) you will be sure to love your time here. Listen to the frogs in the year round creek across the street and watch the dragonflies dart about the yard. You'll never know you are in the heart of Old Town.
All utilities are paid w/the exception of PG&E which will be your responsibility. We have one queen bed and one twin bed. The bathrooms are all updated, the half bath was built in the 3rd bedroom. That space is good for an office, storage, crafts or just to have. Owner comes by to do yard work and gives plenty of notice. Ample parking with two driveways, one suppling covered parking. Minimum 30 day rental, longer is preferred. Please text owner w/questions. Finally, this is a non-smoking home.
Thanks for checking out Dragonfly House!

This is a non-smoking home. We pay all utilities w/the exception of PG&E which is tenants responsibility. Highest bills have been for Dec. & Jan. from $250-275. We have a gas wall heater, 3 portable A/C's and high-speed internet. Owner takes care of yard, tenants responsibilities are to keep the home presentable inside and out, pretty easy! Asking for a minimum of 30 days, OK w/longer stays. Deposit will be returned after walk-thru and PG&E bill is paid (typically comes 1st 10 days of the month).
