The neighborhood is in a very desired, convenient location that is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of hiking/biking trails. Not to mention it is within 5 minutes of the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and 10 minutes to the mouth of Big Cottonwood.

You would have access to 2 outdoor parking spaces in the gravel next to the driveway and there is plenty of street parking if you were ever to have friends or family visit.

Utilities and Google Fiber are split with the upstairs tenants. $200/month

We do not allow any smoking or vaping of any kind

Unfortunately, the upstairs tenant is severely allergic to animals that shed. Pets negotiable
