OUR HOME HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE POOL & HOT TUB, ON THE GOLF COURSE IN A GATED COMMUNITY AND ALL ON ONE LEVEL. This well appointed fully furnished home contains about 2,300 square feet. It is located in a resort directly on the Quail Creek Village Golf Course and in a gated community with 24-hour security. Besides having a convenient location in Naples only a mile from I-75, it is also just 20 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and within easy reach of downtown Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island. Several restaurants, banks and big box retailers are within a mile as well. The home is situated on a street with homes on only one side, creating less congestion, more privacy and a more tranquil setting (see photos).

A main feature is the home's heated private pool and hot tub that can be controlled by your own smart phone or other device via iAqualink. It is contained in a screened lanai with outdoor furniture. The Kitchen has an island and eating area that overlooks the pool and golf course along with a small TV. The Living Room has 11 foot high ceilings and a built-in wet bar next to the lanai that makes it easy to entertain. It also has a 60" Smart HDTV and surround sound system that can play music from you smart phone or iPad. The oversized two-car garage has direct access into the home and also can accommodate a golf cart (with separate garage door) or some added storage.

The large Master Bedroom has high ceilings, a king bed, new Tommy Bahama style furniture, a large walk-in closet and a private outdoor atrium. The bathroom for this bedroom is over sized with separate bath and shower, skylights and an 8 foot long vanity with double sinks. The Second Bedroom has a new queen bed, matching chest and dresser, a walk-in closet and private bath. The third bedroom is a den with The private bath, but has a twin bed sleeper sofa, providing a sleeping area for a guest. The home can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

The Den has a a built-in desk with bookcase, cabinets for legal or letter files and a desk chair. There is a USB Hub connected to the All-in-One Laser Printer and a Logitech cordless keyboard and mouse that's ready to connect to your laptop. Along with a 27" Monitor that can be connected with an HDMI cable, you can have the capabilities of a full desktop computer and the ability to work from home. A Hotwire cable modem and router are in the Den, which has an ethernet connection and provides high speed Internet throughout the home. The den also has a recliner and couch that can be used to watch the 48" Sony Smart HDTV with DVR, and any programs recorded can also be watched in the Living Room.

If you're interested in golf, the Quail Creek Village Golf Club behind our home has been redone with new fairways and greens. Special seasonal memberships are available. The complex also has its own clubhouse, a large pool and tennis court. All lawns and landscaping are maintained by the HOA, making the yards hassle free. However, the lanai area and the bedroom atrium provide some areas for added landscaping, if you're so inclined. As an alternative to the Quail Creek Village amenities, there is the adjacent Quail Creek Country Club with memberships available. It has 36 holes, a dozen tennis courts, a fitness center, pool, dining rooms...

Our home is only available fully furnished; not unfurnished. The indicated rent was $6,495/mo. However, we are offering a special six month rate of $1,500 off and only $4,995/mo. before June 15th and ending no later than 12/15/23. The home is also available for a year fully furnished at $5,995/mo. There is no applicable tax for a rental of more than 6 months.
For a three month winter rental starting 1/1/2024 the rent is $8,500/mo., and subject to a total county and state tax of 12%. Periods between 3 and 6 months will also be considered, but not less than 3 months to comply with our HOA requirements.
Renter is responsible to submit an application through Zillow, and if accepted, to also submit an HOA Application and fee of $150.
Included are all utilities including electric, HOA fees (trash pickup, water, sewer, use of complex pool, special golf rates), cable, Internet, quarterly pest control and weekly pool service. However, to prevent the heated pool from being misused, tenant is required to pay any electric costs over $200/mo.
A security deposit of $5,000 is required which is refundable except for a turnover clean of $500 for a 3-month lease and a $700 fee for a 6-month or year lease.
