"this area is great for families with young kids. lot's of good parks to go hang out at. This is not a super trendy area area, there are a few things to do, but if you want fancy food, you'll have to leave the neighborhood to get it. "

"I have lived here 13 years. I have seen it change so much in recent years. It is getting crowded, but it is still a luxury to be close to all the happenings of Oakland and a stone’s throw from the lake. It has been good to me, this ‘hood!"
