"Friendly neighbors with a park down the street and the Greenberg Creek. There’s a Central Market coming to the area in Bishop Arts and I love the updates shops coming to the Wynnewood shopping center. Not to mention the new overpass park the city is going to make! "

"I love this area! Having grown up in North Dallas, I feel as if I've moved to a whole new city! There is so much to do, so many street festivals, fun restaurants/ bars, theaters etc. It is a very bike friendly area, and I couldn't feel safer. "
