"Space in yards for any size dog small or large. People are usually friendly and they are close to parks and recreation area’s. Very busy streets so mostly walk dogs in sections the people live or drive 10 minutes to park."

"Good area. Wish they would do something about the beggars that stand outside of 7/11 more. It makes it feel less safe than it really is in the neighborhood "

"I've lived here over 15 years. First time landlord. It's a quaint community, everyone watches out for each other. Lots of places to walk your dog; beautiful trek along the Delaware Canal. If you like it quiet and calm - this is the perfect place. if you need entertainment, you're only a short ride to Philly or local area clubs; and only 1-hour ride to Jersey shore."
