"There’s a lot of things to do. It’s really peaceful at times. Bush gardens is at walking distance away. People really don’t bother you as much or in your business like in most neighborhoods. Close to family so it’s easy to acquire help when needed. "

"friendly, casual, accessible. living in terrace park has been a great experience the past 3 years. It's a great area close to USF, Busch Gardens, Temple Terrace, lots of food and grocery options. pedestrian friendly, but always be vigilant as far as safety is concerned. "
