Apex is less than 10 mins with all the restaurants and shops you want. Holly Springs has plans for growth so there is no where but up for home values. Schools are excellent and the teachers are great to work with. Parks, lakes, and more close by. Beautiful, quiet town. Ideal living close to everything yet relaxing and quiet. Great for families!"
