"We have lived here for 20 years. Before we bought our house we drove through the neighborhood to get a feel for what the neighborhood was like. We fell in love with it because there were so many young families out and about talking with each other while the kids played. It was heartwarming and it sealed the deal. "

"nice area. Not to far from stores. office people do not help at all and most homes are not correctly maintained such as a/C units being too small to cool house and they don't cover or provide any service to fix house."

"Nice houses, lots of great shopping close by. I feel safe living here, easy access to the expressway. I’ve lived here a little over 40 years so I must like it. Also a lot of History. Fort Meigs is close and if you go downtown the Maumee River there’s a nice little park and a statue honoring Commodore Perry. "

"Downtown Perrysburg has a seasonal Farmers Market once a week where we can purchase fresh vegetables, flowers and home made crafts. There are parades for every occasion which includes Jr High and High School bands. There is a community choir and orchestra adults participate in. Most important of all, Perrysburg schools are rated 9/10"
