"MRT is a nice place to own a home. It's close to Wilton Manors without Wilton Manors prices. There is more crime than we would like, particularly south of NE 13th St. Residents are friendly, but keep mostly to themselves. The central location is idea: 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Wilton Manors, 5 minutes to Galleria Mall. All in all, I'm pleased."
