The location is amazing. Enjoy close proximity to hiking trails, the recreation path, the restaurants and shops on Main Street in Frisco and the Frisco Marina and beach on Lake Dillon. This property is 1/2 a block off Main Street. There is a free bus to the ski areas in Summit County and the bus stop is 1/2 a block away. Copper Mountain Ski Area is 6 miles west. Breckenridge Ski resort and the Town of Breckenridge is 6 miles South. Keystone Ski resort and Arapahoe Basin are about 14 miles south-east of this home. Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas are located over Vail Pass, which are about a 40 minute drive.

This property comes fully furnished and is not pet friendly. This property is a non-smoking (of any kind), no-vaping property.

Water, sewer, trash and driveway snow removal is included in the rent.
Tenants are responsible for shoveling the deck, as well as the driveway when the snowplow company is delayed and for maintaining the house in good and clean condition. Tenants are responsible for the small garden below the deck. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

PRE-APPLICATION INFORMATION including your right to provide us a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), Radon Disclosure, and Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (if applicable) along with our company's Rental Application are available at the property or can be emailed to you. We require all persons 18 years of age and older (excluding dependent children) who will reside at the property to complete and sign one of Property Rental Solutions, Inc. applications.
You will not be charged our standard $20 application fee if you have separately provided us with a PTSR. We will pull a credit report (which includes eviction and bankruptcy reports, SSN verification, employer verification, sex offender, criminal, terrorist watch list reports and FICO score) on every applicant. We will also contact your current and past landlords, as well as current and past employers to verify the information provided on your application. Adverse credit or lack of credit will not be used to qualify applicants seeking to rent with a housing subsidy.

Applicants will be offered the opportunity to rent on a best-qualified basis. We will assist all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation/transgender status, citizenship/immigration status, or source of income.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
