"Neighborhood used to be awesome but the hoa is ridiculous. They are definitely mishandling money and raise your hoa monthly fees up all the time! Two years ago it was $280 and now it’s well over $400! They don’t provide anything with the exception of landscaping and even that isn’t done up to standard. Until the hoa board members and property manager is replaced, stay away!!!"

"I haven’t lived here for a full year yet but enjoy it. People are friendly, lots of families with children of various ages. It feels safe and there is security patrol at night. I really like the privacy of the fenced patios. Convenient shopping and bus routes are nearby."

"I’ve been living here two years. Management is poor. Residents do whatever they want. Including smoking pot in the balcony. Gates are never closed. Burglaries in the cars. "
