Available any weeks or months except March and April. Contact us for seasonal rates. Typically, 4,000 per month in winter and 2,000 in summer with varied rates in between.

Owners pay for Wi-FI, basic cable and utilities. Renter needs to provide their own streaming TV services. Renters also pay a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
