What Locals Say about Niverville

  • Marlana T.
"The fire house is very invested in the community. Halloween is particularly fun. They have an annual fright fest of sorts. There is fun for the littles inside and a haunted house outside for the bigger kids/ adults."

"You need a car to get around. Uber and Lyft aren’t always available. I haven’t seen any buses in this area. And I rarely see cabs. The closest Amtrak is in Hudson or Albany which is 30 mins away either way. "

Several good restaurants within 20 minute drive.Convenient to the Berkshires and its music, museums, theatre, skiing, shopping. 20 miles from Albany, 130 miles to New York City. 18 miles to Amtrak station to NYC in Hudson, 2 hour train ride to Penn Station.
