The Cypress has loads of Old Florida charm with stunning outdoor living spaces. The front patio is a fabulous place for breakfast and coffee, with views of the lush and tropical landscaping. If you're looking to bring your pup, there's a spacious fenced back yard for them to enjoy. Both patios offer outdoor dining opportunities with a grill for guest use on the back patio.

Moving inside, the modern coastal style dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a meal cooked using our fully stocked kitchen. The home is near several grocers including Publix, Fresh Market, and Whole Foods.

The living room features two comfy sofas and a new 65" 4k smart TV. Off the main living areas, you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
