"There are a lot of original homeowner still in the area but as homes go on the market we have seen lots of younger families moving in a improving their properties. This is really up and coming. I love how close it is to Costco, Target, I-40, Uptown and UNM. We have loved living here. As a reference, we have four small children and a dog. "
