"I have lived in Tanglewood Shores for over 3yrs and it's great! I love how quiet and safe it feels. I love taking walks and seeing all the cool farm animals people have . There are at least two Airbnbs/ short term rentals on my street alone but there are plenty more. I really like not "really "having an HOA because you can really do whatever you like with what you purchased! The HOA says you can't have these rentals but I've never seen them enforce it, also HOA fees are nothing so that's probably why they don't . Living near to the lake is also great ! People here are very nice and accepting of new comers . The area seems to be growing in a good way !"

"I’ve lived here for about a year and love being away from everyone and everything. My dogs have a lot of space. The lake is fun, people are chill, and it’s beautiful. I wish I never had to leave"

"Too many dogs allowed to run loose. Not as bad as it was but you still see the occasional loose dog. "

"Quiet area, large lots for kids to play, friendly neighbors. Small towns have a slower lifestyle. Your neighbors will chat with you at the grocery store, people are involved more. "

"a lot of people let their dogs roam free and/or their dogs get out of their yards a lot. many lots aren't fenced in so dogs might be on lines in the yard. I always was all my dog on a leash and keep an eye out for loose dogs that might harm my dog"

"The school bus stops right be the house, however in the evening it is too dark to play outside. The are is very safe though. Neighbors know each other well, we leave all the things in the open and never had anything missing."
