Built-in 1937 with a wooden frame and stucco construction, it offers five generously sized one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, each exuding its unique charm. There are two two-car garages and one one-car garage in the rear alley of the property. This exceptional property is conveniently located just one block south of Wilshire Blvd and to the east of South Beverly Glen Boulevard, making it an ideal choice for those seeking proximity to Beverly Hills, Century City, and the West Side. The prime location ensures a strong demand for rental units, making it a promising investment opportunity. Both buildings rest on approximately 4,250 sqft lots zoned LARD1.5, 8,501 sqft of total land.

"Very safe, can walk to theatre, restaurants, grocery, medical doctor, best hospital 5 blocks. From this location it is easy to go any direction without traffic by taking the back roads. We moved here 10 years ago from Beverly Hills because we wanted to be close to UCLA Hospital— it is the best hospital in LA and My wife and I are in our 70’s. And if any emergency happens we will be more likely to survive. We walk to dinner most nights because there is a very good selection of great restaurants."
