After exploring 6 continents, we have determined that Vail is indeed 'like nothing else on earth'. We've gone to the extreme in designing our condo for our favorite times of the day...morning coffee and happy hour. Prior lounge/bar owners, we respect the importance of lighting and music in creating the right atmosphere. Her nursing background keeps us thinking about safety, while his love of adventure keeps pushing our limits. We are entertainers at heart, and only wish we could enjoy your time in our condo with you. :-)
We have been enjoying Vail since we were children in the Midwest. As we stepped into parenthood ourselves, we wanted to make sure the tradition continues for many more generations. This place is heaven.
I've made it onto the gondola within 8 minutes of walking out the door. The free shuttle stop across the street is 1 stop away from the walking bridge. And in the summer, it's hard to beat mountain biking and hiking out your back door, only to return to your own huge private patio with grill, and new pool in fall of '22. World class conveniences surround you in Vail, yet it's very easy to break away and enjoy the energy of your natural surroundings, and the local hangouts in nearby old west towns.
Awesome location with 4 free shuttles / hour in peak times right outside the door, or a 3 block walk to the Grand Hyatt lift. After a great day in the mountains, why not dim the lights, turn up the fire, and connect via Bluetooth for some music with friends. The entertainment system is great for sports and movies, which you can record while your out via YouTubeTV, Apple TV, or DVD with HDTV. A fine selection of glasses provide the right vehicle for any aperitif. Then fire up the BBQ on the huge covered patio, or whip up some tasty treats in a cook's kitchen, or head out for your choice of some world class restaurants just minutes away (recommendations provided). Little extras like the slow cooker makes hearty meals easy, while the cappuccino maker finishes off with style. It's pretty hard to go wrong here.
Underground parking keeps you dry when the convenient covered free shuttle stop across the street (4 buses / hour) isn't as appealing. Convenient ski and boot storage in the entry keeps your valuables safe and warm (for another big day tomorrow!). With one of the two bathrooms in the guest bedroom, you can feel comfortable spreading out.
Owner covers HOA dues (~$750 / mo). 6 month minimum term, 10-12 month is ideal. Private underground parking is included, plus shared space for guests. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Property manager available for small repairs. Last months rent due at signing. No smoking or pets.

Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.

"Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
