We do not allow subleasing or provide a lease greater than 90 days unless pre-approved.
1. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
2. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings
3. No PETS allowed
4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!!
5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUESTED 5-7 DAYS BEFORE STAY (OR UPON BOOKING IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING) RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF ALL RULES ARE FOLLOWED AND NO DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.
7. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment)
8. ID verification after reservation
9. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing)

"Neighbors look out for each other. Lots of kids, little libraries and fairy doors. With EMU and U of M nearby, there is a wide variety of people living in the area. Parks and pools, good restaurants nearby. Active neighborhood facebook page."

"We enjoy Saturdays where we walk downtown and go to Beezy's (A great local restaurant) and then go to the Rocket (A local novelty shop) for the kids. The way down, and while there, We run into all sorts of friends and neighbors. A great community!"
