"nice place to live very walkable no real issues great pool and park next to it to keep the kids busy nice people for neighbors mostly plus the email from the neighborhood association for suspicion and problems like to much on street parking or suspicious people awesome sauce"

"plenty of dog walking area here friendly neighborhood just stay on leash carry your bags and there's no problem around here the area is lacking a dog park but still nice to just walk around and be happy on both ends of the leash"

"I'm 45 minutes from downtown and 75 minutes from work, where I travel on I-485 and I-77. There's essentially no public transit where I live, the closest option is the final bus stop on a route ending about five miles from my house."

"The area is building developments like we built in the 80's where if you need or want to go anywhere you have to drive your car. Our society is changing back to living in small towns being able to walk to a few local shopping and needs. The styles of new houses are also very dated look from the 80's. The area need a updated style."
