Hidden gem in Noblesville! Lakefront condo with boat dock. There is more than corn in Indiana! 35 miles of shoreline surrounding a 1500-acre body of water. It is located about 20 miles north of downtown Indianapolis. Lake is 42 ft deep making it a perfect lake for boating, water sports, skiing, fishing and more. Mallards Pointe Condominiums use to be a hotel and all have the same layout with 1BD 1BTH with a deck overlooking the water. You do not need much space as you will be on the water all day and condo is just a place to drop off your bags and sleep. The size of it allows you to close it up easily & quickly when you are not using it. Boat slip on dock C is a deep water boat dock that is large enough for any size of boat with a walk way on both sides. As you will see Mallards Pointe has had several projects recently and it keeps getting better and better. Indoor pool is a year round pool available to residents and guests with game area, TV room, meeting room, extra bathrooms for guests and all with panoramic views of the lake. Perfect spot for parties, birthday parties and more. Can this get better? Yes! Harbour Trees Beach Club built right next door and memberships are available. At a very reasonable cost you can have 2 private restaurants to dine, outdoor pool, 3 bars, fitness facility, hot tub, firepit area, kiddie pool and more. This can feel like you are on a vacation year round. Studies Show: Living Near Water as a Child is Linked to Better Mental Health and Well-being in Adulthood (from google). Need an excuse to have a lake home? Water is good for mental health - Should be a deduction in health insurance.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI liked how the teachers care for their students somewhat, but I hate the racism here. They say mean thinks about other races. For example, in math class some kid mocked Asian people. Another time, some kid went on a racist rant on my bus about black people. Some kid told a middle eastern boy to eat curry, which is a very stereotypical thing to say since not every middle eastern eats curry. They especially like to pick on black people. As a black person who just moved here on Jan 2022, I’ve never experienced this much racism within 3 months. I would not recommend this school for kids who aren’t white or can’t take in bullying in general.Student Review2y ago - Noblesville High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is honestly, not the best. The policy for fights are unacceptable, you cant be witness it, or even be attacked in the fight (not fighting back) and you will still be punished. It is teaching students that every thing is their fault.Student Review4y ago - Hinkle Creek Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHinkle Creek is amazing! I would rate it a 10/10. I have had a child here for the last 4 years and now have 2 children attending Hinkle Creek. The teachers are encouraging, flexible, kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. My 2 children in this school have very different needs and personalities from one another. This school has worked well with each of them. I have never heard of any complaints about this school from any neighbors and have lived in district for over 10 years.Parent Review6y ago - Check out schools near 102 Clarendon Dr #315.
