"The neighborhood is very dog friendly. My dog loves meeting new people on her daily walks. Owners keep their dogs on leashes so the animals are prevented from bad interactions with other animals."

"very easy commute, traffic in the morning but it moves along. traffic in the evening can be kind of horrible but I'm from California so I'm use to it! lol it's a wonderful are so the commute is not that bad"

"Since units are on the smaller side there are many rentals and a constant change of neighbors. There are drugs and there is crime. Research very well before you buy here!"

"unless you go North to Fishers, Carmel, and Noblesville, or South into Indy proper, everything here is apartments that are owned by large corporations that have jacked prices so high it feels like I'm living in New Jersey all over again."

"THIS PLACE IS A HOT MESS AND EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS. Multiple break ins and a LOT of theft. Packages stolen and cars get broken into. "
