River Ridge is a SMOKE-FREE community and prohibits smoking in the units or anywhere within 25 feet of the property.
River Ridge is proudly managed by Regal Property Management which provides 24-hour emergency maintenance services, flexible leasing options, and no application fees. Regal Property Management professionally manages numerous communities throughout the Chippewa Valley and is headquartered in Eau Claire.
