"I've lived in this neighborhood for 40 yrs. grew up here and live in a family home passes down. The neighborhood is not maintained by the city anymore just like downtown Carterville. the roads are terrible and many people are moving away from this town. too many ordinances. seems they add 10 a month. also Carterville has banned any more mobile or modular homes within city limits. "
