9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our child's second year there and we are very happy. Great teachers, very research-based and holistic approach to learning. Our child is growing and learning a great deal and is happy to go to school.Parent Review1y ago - Central Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter went to this school before, it is clean, modern, and best of all, the teachers are intelligent, hardworking, detail oriented. The students here grow up to be themselves and strong ! However, I feel the grades are too easy, nearly everyone got A's.Parent Review1y ago - Sequoia High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSequoia High school is a beautiful campus but needs a change in its educational system. It's unsafe, and the curriculum is very limited. My daughter was a student of this school and couldn't graduate because the classrooms were a mess. I have relatives in Arizona, and they tell me how well-structured the HS is in their cities. I feel jealous of my relatives because we don't have better schools in the Bay area, and of course, I can't afford private schools.Parent Review1y ago - Arroyo

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHmmm… my experience has not been that all 4th graders are asked their gender on the first day of school. Perhaps this came out of a social emotional activity, supporting the inclusive place so many people choose to live in. We are so lucky that Arroyo is a place where kids can feel safe and excepted each day.Ms. Shelton does many wonderful things to make the school a warm place to learn, not only for the students, for the staff as well. She adds the extras without making a fuss, so they may go unnoticed. We are truly lucky to have her as our leader. So many good people give her these sentiments. Arroyo is a wonderful community!Other Review1y ago - Check out schools near 1001 Laurel St #216.

"San Carlos used to be a cute small town in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, along with the rest of this area, it’s been over run with people. Too many people moved here, too many town houses are being built and the traffic is terrible. No one has any patience while driving, and often do not wait for me and my daughter to cross in crosswalks. It’s sad to see this quaint town has lost all its character."

"I have no commute, as I am retired. However, when I was employed, I walked to work, since I live 0.75 mile from my residence. Very convenient. This is the ideal situation. "
