Enjoy An Italian Vacation At Home.
Villa Narcissa, a 11.5 acre gated estate in scenic Portuguese Bend, still stands as the crown jewel originally part of a 16,000-acre site purchased over a century ago by New York banker Frank Vanderlip. Located at 100 Vanderlip Drive, the surroundings are protected by the Land Conservancy with direct access to hiking trails and open space. Few places in southern CA can equal the tranquility of this natural environment with its epic panorama of the Pacific Ocean and exotic mediterranean feel. Currently "Casino East", a 2-bedroom. 2-bath cottage, with ocean views, a private garden and parking is available for rent for $3,400 per month (1 mo security + last month). Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with pet security deposit. Wood burning fireplace (wood is provided free of charge) and washer & dryer in the cottage. Landlord pays gas, water, trash & landscaping. Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on property. For an additional yearly fee Villa Narcissa's newly renovated private tennis court is available to Casino East. Portuguese Bend is a unique location for nature lovers; those considering this cottage are warned our location is fairly remote and close to nature. This rental will be for someone looking for tranquillity next to open nature conservancy land and hiking trails and close to ocean access but not necessarily to a grocery store or Starbucks. Please check out our location on Google Maps and/or call for more details.
No entrance at the Portuguese Bend gate: viewings are by appointments only.
Live your best life in your new home up along "the 'Bend".

Landlord pays for gas, water, trash & landscaping. Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on property.
