Posted by a community member on 5/18/2024NOT a good school. Most teachers grade your work based on your political views. A teacher recently threw a chair at a student. This is obviously an unhealthy environment for children.
Posted by a parent on 5/7/2021The homework load is reasonable. The Principle and Vice Principle have been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. My child is very happy about attending this school and it shows in his grades and attendance.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been sending our children to Christ Lutheran for the past 5 years, since our kids started preschool. We love the community, the curriculum, and the care that is provided to our children, along with the support and communication we’ve experienced as parents. Our kids have excelled at Christ Lutheran and we believe this is driven by the outstanding leadership of the principal and the teachers and support staff that are involved. We are not only pleased with the academics, but we are already seeing dividends of the spiritual education they are receiving. We have the option to send our kids to the Palos Verdes school district but instead choose to continue investing in their education at Christ Lutheran due to the positive results we’ve seen.
