"Great place to live people are nice you do need a car to get around The lake is nice and more people come in the summer time . It’s a place people come to visit in the summer but if your lucky to be here year round it’s great "

"A very private road with most homes having 2 plus acres and many lake side properties. To get to the "queen" city of Burlington it takes about 25 minutes. There is a Ferry that takes one to Plattsburg NY - very fun ride ! And the views from this Ferry are spectacular ! Very nice rural area though property taxes can be rather high especially near the water !"
