"Can and do walk to hospital, doctors, dentist, schools K-12 (public and private), restaurants, grocery, bars, and more. Paved bike trails abound, hiking and mountain biking trails too. Banana belt weather, this area clears of fog first often 10-15 degrees warmer than nearby San Francisco."
