"It’s a great area to raise a family, there’s good schools for kids and many playgrounds. The neighborhood on the east side of Kerner Blvd is quiet and friendly. There’s a short walk to the water where you can have a nice jog or just take in the beauty."

"I I’ve here most of my life and it’s a great place for families. It’s quiet and pretty safe. There are some pockets with bad individuals, there are some crimes here and there but overall it’s pretty safe. "

"Pickleweed park is a great place for the community to get together and have fun. There’s a brand new park there for the kids to play and stretch their legs. "

"Dog owners don’t like that we can’t have dogs in some apartment complexes and that often times people who live upstairs get complaints because they hear dog paws running around "

"Something important for parents to know about canal is that the parking situation had gotten really bad. You have to move your car every four hours and you get tickets more than before. Canal also tends to be unsafe and walking alone at night would be a horrible idea. "

"Everything is so convenient. Near parks, shopping, places to walk and quiet since the Bay is nearly around the neighborhood."
