"I hate the crime in this area gun shots almost every weekend getting out of area in 4 months homes are loosing value every year because of the car are getting broken into home are at risk every day bad place to raise Children "

"Some nice apartment communities but the proximity to the park, the bus stop, and central ave means there are a lot of homeless persons and people who have wandered in due to drug issues or who may be motivated to commit crimes. The park is actually really nice during the day and you can walk to two different grocery stores, which is very convenient. However there are a lot of police sirens at night and I would be nervous to raise kids here who are old enough to want to go everywhere by themselves. "
