"Easy access to highways bike lanes bike paths and walk ability is all very good in this area. Easy for groceries too only 3 blocks as well as laundromat super clean and friendly."

"Visiting family for a few weeks and it’s not somewhere I would want to live. Lots of trash on the streets, lots of construction, and people sitting on their front porch smoking weed. "

"There are very few grassy areas to walk your dog, few trees to provide shade during the summer, and the neighbors light fireworks year round. There is a ton of development and construction happening in parts of it which is stressful for more sensitive dogs. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 72 years. Grays Ferry born and raised. It was the outsiders who gave this neighborhood a bad name. There are still some "original" people left and they take care of their homes and neighborhood."
