If you wish to be apply for a two-bedroom unit at the New Windsor Flats, simply fill out this online application and submit your $100 application fee, payable by credit card at the conclusion of the application. By completing this application, you are indicating that you have read and understand the following terms:

1. The $100 application fee is non-refundable and is to be paid upon completion of your online application. Your application will not be dated until the fee is paid.
2. You will have the opportunity to select an apartment at the Windsor Flats community before apartments are offered to the general public.
3. Availability will vary as most leases expire between May and August. We should likely know 60-days in advance as to which apartments will be available during your time frame.
4. Once you have agreed to reserve the apartment, you must submit this online application and pay your security deposit* within one business day. $600 Security Deposit can be paid online.
5. You must be approved to be eligible for move-in. Proof of income is required, which can easily be sent with your application via .pdf attachment. We will also be conducting a credit and criminal background check.
6. Apartments will be held for a maximum of 14 days--from time of last move out to the time that your lease begins
