"The area is developing and getting better. But the intersection where McDonald’s and the gas station is are dangerous at night. Gun shots, yelling, homeless people asking for money sometimes aggressively. But during the day very safe and great. Very friendly people all over. "

"One of Cincinnati's nicest and most reliable neighborhoods. Quaint, safe, clean and friendly. Just a short walk or a minute's drive downtown for work or play. Home to The Cincinnati Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, Eden Park and The Krohn Conservatory."

"Enjoy eden park, cincy art musem, & krohn conservatory as your backyard. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to above spots and Mt. Adams. Easy walk to Andy's and ZZ's pizza. Bus stop on gilbert and nassau. A roll down gilbert you are in downtow. Awesome place..loved it."
