"Most houses here have large back yards where a lot of other neghborhoods don't offer. it's minutes close to Shelby farms which has a 13 acre dog park that includes trails and ponds. "

"Cordova middle and high schools are not the worst schools but they are a far cry from some just a few miles away. There are plenty of kid friendly areas and stores and things to do in this area though, which is great."

"There are plenty of families, and is very safe, for kids to play outside in the front yard and with other kids. There is not a lot of traffic so kids can play comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and peacefully."
