"You can walk anywhere, request an Uber or Lyft and be picked up almost instantly, and/or you can take 1 of many forms of Septa transportation—there are tons of bus stops, and the Spring Garden station and Fairmount station on the Broad Street Line are just a few blocks away!"

"Neighborhood is growing and very family friendly. Kids play outside and ride their bikes around. Many kid-friendly restaurants nearby and there is a park with tennis courts, playground and basketball hoops. Philly pool a few blocks away."
