"Pretty good neighborhood. Doesn’t have the best schools though. Recommend bussing your kids to a better school outside the neighborhood."

"I grew up in overbrook park since i was a kid since the 2000’s. Went to Lamberton, always was at the library and over the years just watched how so many things in the neighborhood transformed. It was always safe growing up here because everyone in the neighborhood knew one another and our parents knew eachother. Alot of things changed since but even then the neighborhood is still nice and upkept. I still recommend anyone to live up there.. i plan to move back"

Close proximity to everything. 15-20 to Central Philly, five minutes to City Ave and the suburbs, massive homes and close to parks. There’s a lot of potential and can easily be the next hot spot."
