These STUDIO apartments of 330 sq ft are located in a secure building with a balcony or patio with a sliding glass door, AC, a full bath with a ceramic shower, and a galley kitchen with stove and fridge. You'll also find coin-operated laundry on each floor, elevator, and intercom to gain entrance, off-street parking, and storage. 24-hour maintenance is provided for your convenience. Cats are welcome with an additional $250 ($400 for two cats) non-refundable pet fee and $20 per month pet rent. Sorry, no dogs. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. Square Footage: Ranges from 320-340 square feet. Points of Interest: Bus stop is directly in front of the building, 1 mile from local shopping center, 1 mile from local grocery store, mile from a hospital, no more than 7 miles from UB & Buff State, 15 miles from airport. During the winter we randomly take turns clearing snow from the sidewalk all the way to the corners so that helps everyone. I order from Amazon all the time and have never had a package stolen. We park on the street when we can and have had no issues with break ins or theft. "
