There are two coin operated laundry sets in the lower level. There is an AWESOME outdoor patio which includes benches and plenty of sitting areas.

Additional storage space is provided with each apartment.

ALL utilities are responsibility of the landlord except the electric AND entertainment (cable/internet). The stoves are electric. Heat is included.

We are experienced landlords and local to Greensburg with a strong resident focus!
