Serrano Gardens Apartments is proud to offer two floor plans with one and two bedroom options. Each home for rent includes an all-electric kitchen, luxury wood-like flooring, and vertical blinds. Spacious living rooms extend out to your patio overlooking our beautiful community. We are pet-friendly and welcome the entire family.

The qualification requirements for our homes are as follows:
No prior evictions or money owed to previous landlords
 Bankruptcies within the past 7 years must be fully discharged with documentation
 Income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
 Positive verifiable rental history
 Positive established credit history
 We run a full criminal background check

The applicant is required to submit all requested information and documents within 72-hours of application. If not submitted within this period, the application will be considered cancelled by the applicant. If the applicant gives notice of cancellation via writing, verbal or other, that application will also be considered cancelled.

    "I work from home. But in Tacoma? I hate the roads w/o stops signs or even yield signs. its scary. Everyone thinks they have the right away and What makes it worse is that people park all the way up to the curb so you cannot see around the vehicle to see if other vehicles are coming."

    "Point Defiance park is right near by, and it is a joy of a park to go hiking, running, and picnicking. it's not that far to Point Ruston, and there is a Farmers Market, and shopping, a movie theater, excellent dining, and beautiful views of the Puget Sound."
