      HALLWAYS 1 average size closed with 6 shelves and 1 very large closet with 8 large shelves.

      ENTIRE UNIT UPGRADES: modern satin door handles, door stops, new door hinges, (3) 10 year sealed lithium ion battery smoke detectors, (1) hardwired co2/smoke detector, all LED energy efficient light fixtures, new plumbing shut off valves, new plumbing waterlines, all new switches, outlets, cover plates, heat register vents, cold air register vents

      RENT: $950/month that includes water, sewer, hot water, and heat. Security deposit is $950 and there is a $45 application fee per adult that will be deducted from the security deposit if accepted.

      LAUNDRY: onsite (2) washer's and (2) dryers are located on the lower level

      PETS are allowed for $250 pet fee and an additional $25/month.

      LOCATION: 740 750 Prospect. We are on Prospect rd., between Sprague (by Spudnuts Donuts) and the Turnpike bridge. The location of this property is very close to the center of Berea or Strongsville's shopping district, and a donut shop :o)
