"I lived here for three years. My neighbors are pretty friendly. It took some getting use to this quiet it is. Do me moving from everyone the city where there was always noise. All in all I love it and we’re glad we moved here. "

"There aren’t a lot of fields or fenced in places for dogs to run around. However there seem to be places for walks. "

"it's really bad around here after 7pm. The areas around are dangerous as well, at night. if I could choose would never choose to be here in this community. The price of rent is just reasonable for the area here. That's the only reason to stay. "

"Dogs are very friendly there’s four animal hospitals in the area the area does have a park and there building a new center that will be pet friendly most houses have a pretty nice size backyards"

"it’s one of the best places to live in the DC metropolitan area. There is easy access to downtown DC by car with minimal to no traffic, and then there’s Suitland metro station with a park and ride. Here you can pick up the green line and many different bus routes. "
