"The architecture of the homes. The charm of the streets and an old elementary school that was converted into condos back in the 1980’s. Great locally-owned restaurants within walking distance including a new microbrewery. Great neighbors, very friendly and welcoming."

"Each house has its own character! It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, too! The neighbors that I have on each side of my house are amazing! Older people, but nice to know they’re around in the daytime & keep an eye on my place when I’m gone for work. "
