What Locals Say about Fairwood

"I love how much nicer it is compared to the rest of spokane, I feel much safer if I decide to take my dogs and my son for a walk down the street. I like to sit outside and have it be quiet and not have to worry about a bunch of random people around. been in this area almost 1 year now."

"It sucks. There’s no privacy. I can’t wait for my transfer to another hospital to go through. It’s crowded here in north Spokane. Crime is rising."

"Dogs will bark at wildlife, some neighbors get annoyed with that issue. Dog owners will definitely enjoy the neighborhood trail that runs along the Little Spokane River! "

"Just the view of 5 mile I can see from my mailbox. I also enjoy the diversity of people. They are typically mindful. Management is very kind."
