"I have lived here for a few months now and love it so far! There is so much within a few block radius, so the walkability is great and the BART station is only a few blocks away so commuting into the city for work is very convenient. I love that there are so many restaurants and stores and even the lake are so close and the neighborhood definitely feels like it is very hip, with new things opening every day! "

"There are a lot of cool bars and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop for 1 and 1R are right outside the complex. BART station is only a 10 min walk! However, I don't recommend walking alone at night. Plenty of street parking. "

"I've lived in the area for over a year and find everyone friendly; there's so much to do. Paramount is 2 blocks away as is BART, Whole Foods, Lake Merritt, and lots of new restaurants abound."
